Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial assets involves substantial risk of loss. Market prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly in a short period. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future results and that Tradion does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. All trading activity executed through the Services is at your own risk.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use Tradion, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to Tradion’s Services requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through a third-party provider. Service access is activated upon confirmed payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing or available plans with reasonable prior notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in any activity that interferes with their proper operation. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing security or payment mechanisms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradion and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
