You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Keep your credentials confidential and update your account details when they change.

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

• Paid access begins after confirmed crypto payment through our provider.
• We may update pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
• Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.

Do not misuse the Services, attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with normal operation.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a purpose.

Tradion and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data).

We may update these Terms. We will communicate material changes via the site or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Tradion acts as the controller of personal data collected through the Services and processes that data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect and process only the information necessary to provide and improve the Services, operate customer accounts, facilitate subscription payments, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. Our processing is based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and, where required, your consent.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to request access to your personal data, seek correction or deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and request data portability.
