Refund Policy

We want you to have confidence trying Tradion. If you're not satisfied, our policy below explains how refunds work for subscription plans.
Subscriptions
Tradion bills in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
We generally do not offer refunds for partial periods already used. However, if you experience a billing error or cannot use the service due to an issue on our side, contact support within 14 days and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
How to request
Email support@tradion.app with your account email, the issue, and any relevant details. We usually respond within 24 hours.
Third‑party fees
Exchange trading fees are charged by your exchange and are not part of Tradion billing. Tradion does not take a cut from your trades.
