Payment not confirmed? Here's what to do

Troubleshoot crypto payment issues including delays and failed payments.

Payment Troubleshooting

Cryptocurrency payments can sometimes take longer than expected. Here's what to check:

Payment is "Waiting"

This means the blockchain hasn't confirmed your transaction yet.

  • Bitcoin: Can take 10-60 minutes depending on network congestion
  • Ethereum: Usually 2-10 minutes
  • Other chains: Varies by network

  • What to do: Wait for at least 30 minutes. Check your transaction hash on a block explorer to verify it's been broadcast.

    Payment shows "Partially Paid"

You sent less than the required amount. This can happen due to:

  • Network fees deducted from the send amount
  • Price fluctuation during the payment window

  • What to do: Contact support with your payment ID and we'll help resolve it.

    Payment expired

The payment window (usually 20 minutes) expired before your transaction confirmed.

What to do: Start a new payment. If funds were sent, contact support — we can reconcile manually.
